This Bel Air manse has a boatload of charm, and we’re not telling Big Little Lies. The former home of Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe is back on the market for $15.999 million.

The celebrity couple split in 2007, but sold this fairytale estate back in 2004 for $4.5 million, according to property records and noted by The Real Deal.

Built in 1969, the home was designed by architect Gerard R. Colcord and inspired by Medieval churches in England, as one can easily tell by the pitched beam ceilings and the mix of brick and timber framing construction. The house also features oak plank flooring and a brick fireplace with built in seating.

The 8,772 square foot home has four bedrooms and five bathrooms; the master wing (with its own sitting room and wet bar) is on the main level with the living room, kitchen, and media room, and the remaining bedrooms are on the second level.

Located on .91 acres, the property is designed to “draw in sunlight from all sides and beckon views of Bel Air’s rich canyonside,” according to the listing. It also features many mature oak and sycamore trees, adding a park like feel to the grounds. There’s an expansive terrace, a pool and spa lounge, and a full barbecue.

The LA Times notes that the property last sold in 2015 for $6.5 million, so that’s quite the price hike.

The estate is listed with Partners Trust, and they have a virtual tour.
